Established with a profound commitment to the men and women who have served our nation, NVVBOC stands as a beacon of support for veteran-owned businesses across the Silver State.
Co-located within the Small Business Development Center in the University of Nevada, Reno – College of Business, NVVBOC is part of the nationwide U.S Small Business Administration resource partner network. In alignment with the College of Business’ mission to inspire, engage, and educate innovative change-makers through excellence in research, teaching, and outreach, the NVVBOC program hosts quarterly entrepreneurial development workshops at Nellis Air Force Base, Naval Air Station Fallon, and the surrounding communities. The free workshops are designed to provide the foundational information necessary for participants to evaluate the opportunities and resources available for starting, growing, or recovering a small business.
